Precious Dental, our top pick, charges £6,500 for All-on-6 and £6,000 for All-on-4, both jaws in total, including hotel, transfers and extractions. A 2017 UK survey put a full arch at about £13,425 per jaw before extras.

Why the prices differ so much
- Implant brand: Taki Dent’s published prices, for example, differ by brand (Nobel Biocare or Straumann).
- Number of implants: four or six per jaw.
- The final teeth: zirconia, acrylic or individual crowns; with or without a titanium bar.
- Inclusions: hotel nights, transfers, extractions, temporary teeth.
- Per jaw or both jaws.
The UK comparison
A 2017 survey of more than 25 UK implant dentists, published by Dentistry.co.uk, put a full arch on implants at an average of £13,425 per jaw (range £9,000 to £25,400), excluding consultations, scans, extractions and grafts. For both jaws that is about £26,850 at 2016–17 prices. Current UK quotes may be higher. Add two return flights to any Turkish price before comparing. Before you choose on price
- Get written plans from two or three clinics for the same X-ray.
- Line them up with the quote checklist.
- Ask for prices of grafts and sinus lifts; see extra costs.
- Compare guarantees for the implants and the bridge separately.

Common questions
Is a per-jaw price half the full price?
Usually, yes: for both jaws, double it. But packages for two jaws are sometimes discounted, so ask for the both-jaw price.
Why is one clinic three times the price of another?
Brand (Straumann and Nobel Biocare cost more), number of implants, teeth material and inclusions such as hotel and extractions.
Are flights included?
Not in any of the packages listed here, as far as their published wording shows.
