Who can be listed
Three rules decide whether a clinic can appear. Payment is not one of them.

Hüseyin Yavuz Özbek, implant surgeon · Updated October 2026A clinic can be listed if it is on the Ministry of Health’s HealthTürkiye list as a dental clinic, is in one of the cities we cover, and has a website aimed at international patients that we can check. No clinic pays to be listed. Clinics that meet the rules but are not yet listed can ask to be added.
The three entry rules
- On the Ministry list. The clinic must appear on HealthTürkiye as a private oral and dental health clinic or centre, with an authorisation number. This is the rule we never bend.
- In a covered city. Istanbul, Antalya, İzmir, Muğla (Fethiye, Bodrum, Marmaris), Aydın (Kuşadası, Didim) or Ankara.
- Checkable. The clinic has a website or public listing we can check, and it accepts patients from abroad.
How we chose the first clinics
HealthTürkiye listed 1,117 dental clinics on 22 October 2026. We could not check them all at once, so for each city we started with clinics that market to international patients: large or long-established clinics on the register, with English-language websites. In Antalya we started from the clinics in our sister guide, bestdentistsinantalya.com. The register grows as we check more.
What does not affect listing
- Payment. No clinic pays to be listed, and none can.
- Whether a clinic competes with Precious Dental. Most of them do.
- Whether a clinic asks to be left out.
Precious Dental
Precious Dental meets the same three rules (HealthTürkiye authorisation ST-4647). It is listed first as our top pick, as explained on the advertising disclosure.
Common questions
Why is a well-known clinic missing?
Usually because we could not find it on HealthTürkiye under its brand name, or we have not reached it yet. Several large brands trade under a different legal name. If you know the register entry, send it to us.
Can a clinic ask to be added?
Yes. Send its HealthTürkiye entry and website through the contact page. If it meets the rules, it is added at the next check and scored like every other clinic.
Do you remove clinics?
Yes, if a clinic disappears from HealthTürkiye or closes. We do not remove a listed clinic because it asks or because it scores low.
